Weekends book up quickly — especially from October through April. James is often booked 12–18 months in advance for popular dates, so the sooner you enquire the better. That said, it's always worth checking as last-minute dates do occasionally come available.
Yes — coordinating with your venue, photographer, DJ, and wedding planner on the day is a core part of the MC role. James will liaise with your team in the lead-up to the wedding and on the day itself, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
Absolutely. James will work through your day with you in a planning meeting, help you build a realistic running order, and flag anything that might need adjusting. You'll go into your wedding day knowing exactly how everything fits together.
Yes. James regularly performs at weddings across the wider Wellington region including Kapiti Coast, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, and the Wairarapa. Travel may be included or a small travel fee may apply depending on the venue — get in touch for a quote.
